OSTERIA FRA PAOLINO
Paolino’s cuisine brings to mind two types of love, the one linked to the memories of youth, where the memory is lost in the scent that inebriated the house on festive days, with the family gathered at the table intent on a frenetic composed dance.
The other is the continuous study for discovery, the childish curiosity and devotion to evolution, the insatiable search for the first kiss that is never forgotten.
